"A couple years ago, I found a YouTube video of a home I liked that was listed by Karen. I was in California and had never been to Idaho. Over the course of that initial conversation, I knew that Karen was someone that knew the area, and knew what she was doing. Fast forward a few weeks, and my wife and I were in town to look at homes that fit our criteria. We spent two very full days getting to know Karen and different areas in The Valley. My wife and I thought Karen put a great tour together and we ended up having her represent us in the home building process with a local builder. Professional, extremely organized and diligent are how I would describe Karen. We were very pleased with her services. Well, fast forward a year and a half and a change in our wants, needs and family situation... and we were back in the real estate market. We again went to Karen to assist us in buying our next home and selling the one she helped us buy originally. She received and coordinated all communication from the buyer's agents for the showing of our home, which we found especially helpful. The overall experience of selling a home isn't super enjoyable, with getting it ready and keeping it looking like new. But in the end, we ended up getting what we were asking for our house and were very happy with Karen AGAIN.
